CDI Bioscience provides a complete set of services for creating stable, high yielding
mammalian cell lines for use in the manufacturing of protein therapeutics and monoclonal
antibodies drugs. CDI Bioscience also provides strategies for significantly reducing
cell line development time.
Our patented RP Shift® technology can be engineered into mammalian cell lines to
dramatically increase protein production, increase cell viability and instill cell
stability. Increases in recombinant protein production (protein expression) and
protein production in monoclonal antibodies as high as 30 fold have been documented.
Typical increases in protein production (protein expression) are between 3 fold
and 7 fold.
