PACE cells |
Our PACE Cell® Platforms (CHO DG44; CHO K1) are mammalian platform cell lines that
significantly reduces cell line development time and dramatically increases protein
production (protein expression) over that of the non-proprietary cell lines of the
same. Most commonly used for the production of recombinant proteins, monoclonal
antibodies and vaccines, these documented proprietary cell lines are pre-engineered
with our patented RP SHIFT® technology. Recombinant
DNA elements expressing protein of interest can be directly added to the PACE Cell® Platforms.
The PACE® Expression Vector system has promoter elements that are activated in cells to activate the RP Shift® technology for increasing protein yields by at least 3
fold. Our customers
can simply clone their recombinant gene into the PACE™ Expression Vector to increase
its transcription.
The technology platform includes mammalian platform cell lines, expression vector,
serum-free media formulations and process optimization services.
